Our design process is a simple, comprehensive system of research, execution, and refinements. We talk your ideas over with you and take the time to get to know your business. Before we even open our design tools we research your market and see what is working for others in your market.

We are client centered, client friendly, and aim for total transparency into your project. We provide you with daily email updates on your project and schedule weekly conference calls. The systems we have in place keep you up to date, so you will always know where your project is in terms of completion.

We work with you step by step to complete your project’s design, and create detailed mock ups, sitemaps and work flows to ensure that your application functions the way you originally intended.

Project Proposal

Each project is broken down into a detail specific proposal that lists out every feature or service that you’ll need for your project. Since each feature is listed out as its own line item, you are free to mix and match to better fit your budget.

All of our projects are estimated at a fixed cost to give you peace of mind that what we propose is what you’ll pay for the scope of work, and not a cent more.

Simple Collaboration

Basecamp

We utilize industry standard tools to get the job done. As soon as your project starts production, you’ll be issued an invitation to join us on Basecamp, a project collaboration solution by 37Signals. Basecamp allows for easy collaboration between your staff and ours by either logging in or replying directly to emails. It keeps all communication neatly organized, allows for milestone creation, and “to do” list tracking.

GoToMeeting

To aid in remote collaboration, we have partnered with GoToMeeting, a service that makes conference calling with screen sharing a no brainer. GoToMeeting allows our teams to meet over a great distance as if we were in the same office.

Detailed Mock Ups

Your project will be laid out using our simple mock up tool and submitted to you for approval. Doing so allows us to quickly establish proper layout for your content.

Live Development Site

If applicatable, we’ll provide you a development website on one of our servers. This allows you and your team to test drive your site and application as it is being developed, and really be apart of the creation.

Training

Once you’re project is complete, we will walk you through it, and train you and your staff in any areas applicable.
